About GIU‑CRD
The GIU Center for Research & Development (GIU‑CRD) is the research arm of Gedo International University. Launched in 2020 by a consortium of GIU scholars and researchers, the Center coordinates multidisciplinary research, incubates innovation, and translates evidence into practice. GIU‑CRD connects faculty, students, practitioners, and policymakers to address regional priorities while contributing to global scholarship.
Core Roles
- Lead and coordinate GIU’s research agenda across faculties.
- Provide methods, ethics, and data support to faculty and postgraduate students.
- Mobilize grants and manage research partnerships.
- Disseminate results via journals, policy briefs, conferences, and community forums.
- Build research capacity through training, mentorship, and open data practices.

- Conflict of Interest & Anti‑plagiarism: Mandatory declarations; similarity checks prior to submission.
